About

I was drawn to visual arts and creativity from an early age. I spend much of my time with crafts, coloring, painting and making Shrinky Dinks®. Later in life when I chose a career, it was natural for me to choose one that would fulfill my urge to create.

I’m an experienced designer with extensive experience in print and digital design. I believe that great design goes beyond something that looks sharp — it should be usable, accessible, and solve pain points in the simplest way — and delight users. I love the process of exploring, experimenting and improving experiences.

I live and breathe design, but also respect the accompanying disciplines that come along with being a professional designer. Some of my other creative talents include: project management, project planning, information architecture, content strategy, creative problem solving and being a great cross-functional collaborator.

Outside of the office I am a proud aunt who enjoys spending time with my family and friends. You will frequently find me doing activities like cardio kickboxing, running with friends, or camping with my family in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I love being outdoors in nature’s wide open spaces. I am also passionate about fine arts like drawing and watercolors. I could not live without music, love to read, and bake to indulge my wicked sweet tooth.
